CARP Poster
Let me get this out of the way; I do not like how my poster turned out. I had a hard time finding contrasting colors and I was just really stuck. I tried multiple different ways of putting the title on the page, I tried multiple different fonts and at one point, the fine print/copyrights were all bunched up in one brick. CARP? Not my best field.
Contrast
Its hard to judge if my contrast is good or not, in my opinion. The black letters don't look good in the gold bricks, and Im not sure about the white and green even though the white stands out. White was the brightest color and I mean, wasn't that where your eye was drawn first?
Alignment
I aligned my text on the sides of the poster and then inside of the bricks. Im not sure if it looks good or not. I aligned the title and ticket text (ha, alliteration) on the sides in white in a more larger size because the alignment looked nicer and it, like mentioned before, is supposed to draw your attention.
Repetition
I used repetition by repeating color, and placement.. I think. I told you I wasn't confident about this project!
Proximity
I grouped all of the different pieces of important text together and scattered the copyrights around the page. The title had no line spacing, but the rest was very spaced.
